  • PINK ROCK RIFF

    Ingredients:

    • 30ml Cointreau
    • 30m PINK ROCK ELIXIR
    • 15ml Coffee Liqueur
    • 15ml Baileys
    • 5ml Frangelico
    • 45ml Cream

    Glass:

    • Rocks

    Method:

    • Flame the Cointreau into glass, put out the flame with a large ice cube
    • Shake and strain and pour the other ingredients into glass over ice

    Garnish:

    • Cinnamon, cocoa powder and dehydrated orange float
  • PINK-LIPS

    Ingredients:

    • 20 ml Vodka
    • 10ml PINK ROCK ELIXIR
    • 5ml Baileys

    Glass:

    • Shot 45ml

    Method:

    • Layer ingredients
    • The PINK ROCK ELIXIR will sink to the bottom of the glass over the back of a teaspoon

    Ingredients:

    • 45ml Vodka
    • 30ml PINK ROCK ELIXIR
    • 10ml Fresh Lime juice
    • 75ml Pineapple juice

    Glass:

    • Ripple Coupe 225ml

    Method:

    • Dry shake then shake with ice and strain

    Garnish:

    • Float dehydrated orange or blood orange

    Ingredients:

    • 60ml of a citrus based gin
    • 5ml PINK ROCK ELIXIR
    • Fresh lime twist and oil zest

    Glass:

    • Martini 185ml

    Method:

    • Stir and strain

    Garnish:

    • Float dehydrated lime wheel and rimmed lime peel
  • PINK-PROSECCO (SPRITZ STYLE)

    Ingredients:

    • 60ml PINK ROCK ELIXIR
    • Top with Australian Prosecco
    • 45ml Soda (topped up)

    Glass:

    • Large Wine

    Method:

    • Build over ice

    Garnish:

    • Fresh orange slice
  • PINK-ESPRESSO

    Ingredients:

    • 45ml Vanilla Vodka
    • 45ml PINK ROCK ELIXIR
    • 45ml Cold drip espresso

    Glass:

    • Coupe 185ml

    Method:

    • Shake vigorously and strain

    Garnish:

    • Cocoa powder flower art and 3 coffee beans
  • PINK-DAIQUIRI

    Ingredients:

    • 30ml White Rum
    • 15ml PINK ROCK ELIXIR
    • 15ml Cointreau or Triple Sec
    • 10ml Luxardo Marschino liqueur
    • 30ml Lemon juice
    • 5 ml Lime juice

    Glass:

    • Ripple Coupe 225ml

    Method:

    • Build over ice

    Garnish:

    • Dehydrated lime or orange float

    Ingredients:

    • 30ml White spirit such as Yuzu Gin, Vodka, White Rum or Tequila
    • 30ml PINK ROCK ELIXIR
    • 30ml Passionfruit pulp or fresh syrup (not cordial)
    • 30ml Lemon juice

    Glass:

    • Coupe 225ml

    Method:

    • Shake vigorously and strain

    Garnish:

    • Cinnamon ½ rimmed glass and orange float

    Ingredients:

    • 30ml Passionfruit pulp or fresh syrup (not cordial)
    • 5ml Fresh lime juice
    • Topped with Lemonade and a 45ml splash of soda

    • Wine

    Method:

    • Build over ice

    Garnish:

    • Passionfruit float
  • PINK-SUGA & SPICE

    Ingredients:

    • 30ml PINK ROCK ELIXIR
    • 4 drops of Orange bitters
    • 30ml Freshly squeezed orange juice
    • 30ml Pineapple juice
    • Topped with Watermelon flavoured mineral water

    Glass:

    • Wine

    Method:

    • Build over ice

    Garnish:

    • Cinnamon and cocoa rimmed glass and dehydrated orange or passionfruit float
  • PINK-COLADA

    Ingredients:

    • 30ml PINK ROCK ELIXIR
    • 30ml Coconut cream
    • 90ml Pineapple juice
    • A large spoon of pineapple chunks (canned)

    Glass:

    • Large Tulip or Colada

    Method:

    • Blend with 1 scoop of ice

    Garnish:

    • Pineapple wedge and pineapple leaf
    • You can also use the PINK ROCK for painting your flower art on the surface of the cocktail
